Sustainable Development 8 from enjoying their legal right to rest. 2.3.3 Transparency and Traceability • Bosideng and its authorized representatives are not granted full access, at necessary times (including but not limited to announced or unannounced visits), to all employees, production sites, and dormitories; are unable to review records and documentation relevant to compliance; or are denied access to, or provided with incomplete or deliberately concealed information on key aspects of the supply chain, such as sources of raw materials and lists of subcontractors. 2.3.4 Others • Engaging in any form of commercial corruption, such as bribery or the offering of improper benefits, to seek business opportunities or other interests; • Any actions that violate the laws and regulations or labor standards of the operating location; • The lack of an effective communication mechanism for employee demands leads to unstable labor relations; • Any act of theft, embezzlement, or misuse of Bosideng's goods, materials, or assets; • Suppliers and their factories or subcontractors are subject to investigations or inquiries by government authorities relating to labor, environmental, or health and safety matters and fail to promptly notify Bosideng; • Suppliers fail to submit timely written notification to Bosideng when there are circumstances such as temporary or permanent closure of the factory, relocation, or significant changes in equity or management structure that may affect order fulfillment.
