Sustainable Development 14 o Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) o Nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) • Suppliers must ensure that their greenhouse gas emissions comply with the laws and regulations of their operating location; • Reasonable measures should be taken to continuously reduce greenhouse gas emissions; • The proportion of new energy vehicles should be gradually increased in the logistics and transportation sector; • Suppliers should promote the coordinated optimization of fleet management, routing, loading and packaging; 4.1.4 Gas Emissions • Suppliers must comprehensively identify and register the sources of waste gas emissions from various processes, equipment, and auxiliary facilities in production activities; • Suppliers must systematically record and control waste gas emission data according to the emission standards of the operating location; • Suppliers must install, operate, and maintain necessary waste gas treatment facilities to ensure continuous and stable compliance with pollutant emission standards; • Suppliers must evaluate the effectiveness of pollution control equipment, establish standardized operating procedures, and prevent major pollution incidents. 4.1.5 Ozone-Depleting Substance Management • The use of ozone-depleting substances is strictly prohibited, and compliance with international regulations such as the Montreal Protocol is required; • Suppliers must create and maintain a list of ODS and refrigerants and regularly perform leak detection and maintenance; • All cooling equipment shall use refrigerants with low environmental impact, and equipment shall be upgraded as necessary to ensure compatibility; • Refrigerant cylinders must be securely stored, with collection and disposal handled by qualified professional entities. 4.1.6 Waste Management • Suppliers shall follow the principles of reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment, and systematically promote waste reduction at source, recycling, and proper disposal; • Suppliers should classify and collect the various types of waste generated during the production process. They should store the waste in a standardized manner and entrust qualified organizations with the compliant disposal of waste to prevent environmental pollution; • All resource consumption and waste flows shall be accurately and comprehensively recorded to ensure full traceability; • Hazardous waste shall be entrusted to entities holding valid hazardous waste operation permits for treatment and disposal, and the qualifications and compliance performance of the contractors shall be regularly reviewed. 4.1.7 Water Management • Suppliers must comply with all laws and regulations regarding water resource protection,
