Supplier Sustainability Management Handbook
Sustainable Development 3 Chapter 1 Introduction 1.1 Scope of Application This Supplier Sustainability Management Handbook ("this handbook") applies to Bosideng International Holdings Limited ("the Company") and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "Bosideng", "we", "our Group" or "the Group"). 1.2 Overview Bosideng established an ESG strategic vision of "leading sustainable fashion with a consumer-oriented approach". The Company is taking on shared responsibilities with its partners and working with all stakeholders to create long-term sustainable value. We regard ethical sourcing as the fundamental principle of supply chain management and are dedicated to ensuring that all our products are obtained through responsible procurement channels. By establishing sustainable procurement partnerships, we enhance the stability of the supply chain system and promote collaborative development across the entire business ecosystem. At Bosideng, we firmly believe that long-term prosperity depends on a genuine commitment to human well-being and the health of our planet. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to nurturing human potential while minimizing our ecological footprint. All suppliers must adhere to the following principles: providing a safe working environment; treating employees well and with respect; operating fairly and with integrity; and implementing environmentally friendly production processes. To this end, the Group has developed this handbookto ensure that all operations throughout the supply chain are compliant. This means strict adherence to laws and regulations, as well as a commitment to meeting the expectations of all stakeholders and fulfilling our corporate promises. This handbook is based on internationally recognized standards such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights , the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child , the United Nations Global Compact , and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. It also incorporates requirements from International Labour Organization conventions to form Bosideng's unique, practical supply chain sustainability guidelines. This handbook will be updated regularly in the future based on the actual need for the continuous optimization and enhancement of ESG governance.
