Prohibition of Child Labor Suppliers must strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which they operate, and it is strictly forbidden to employ child labor. In China, suppliers shall comply with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations. The employment of minors under the age of 16 is strictly forbidden. Suppliers in other countries and regions must strictly adhere to local regulations regarding the minimum working age, compulsory education age and the protection of minors. They must also provide safe and suitable working conditions. Prohibition of Harassment and Abuse Suppliers must treat their employees with full respect and ensure they are free from corporal punishment, harassment of any kind (physical, psychological, verbal or sexual), threats and abuse. Employees shall be able to raise concerns or grievances regarding workplace conditions without fear of retaliation, and a safe and fair working environment shall be maintained. Prohibition of Discrimination Suppliers must not discriminate against workers on the basis of age, race, color, nationality, social or ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy status, marital or partnership status, disability, political beliefs, trade union membership or any other legally protected characteristic. This applies to all employment processes, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion and termination, to ensure equal employment opportunities. Prohibition of Forced Labor Suppliers are strictly prohibited from using any form of forced, involuntary or illegal labor, such as prison labor, bonded labor or contract labor. They must not withhold employees' identification documents or charge deposits during the hiring process, and they must ensure that employees are free to move around the workplace and their place of residence. Work Conditions Suppliers must adhere strictly to all relevant national and local laws and regulations, reasonably arrange their employees' working hours, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. They must also protect their employees' legal rights and work-life balance. Any overtime must be voluntary and must not exceed the legal limits set by the country of operation.
