Meal provision shall be limited to normal working hours, and suppliers shall offer basic, hygienic, and diverse meal options. 4.6 Management System To ensure the systematic implementation and continuous improvement of this Code, suppliers must establish and maintain an effective internal management mechanism. 4.6.1 Policies and Standard Operating Procedures • The latest developments in laws, regulations, and industry standards in the operating location should be monitored continuously, and internal policies and processes must be adjusted promptly to ensure ongoing compliance; • Clear and explicit policies and standard operating procedures must be maintained in the local language. 4.6.2 Assessment and Internal Reporting • Relevant personnel must be assigned to conduct internal assessments and identify corrective and preventive actions; • Internal reviews must include the following four key areas: o Human rights and fair labor practices o Health and safety o Environmental sustainability o Business ethics principles 4.6.3 Training • Employees should fully understand and comply with this Code and relevant regulations. • Personnel with special responsibilities, such as first aiders and volunteer firefighters, and those involved in specific risks, such as chemical management and lockout/tagout, must undergo adequate qualification training; • To ensure that employees receive sufficient training, an annual training plan should be developed. Backup and emergency training plans should also be established for key positions that are required by statute; • Training records should be complete and include information such as photos, time, date, subject, and participants. 4.6.4 Supply Chain Compliance Management
