Sustainable Development 24 • All suppliers must sign an agreement to comply with Bosideng's Supplier Sustainability Code of Conduct before the commencement of cooperation; • Sustainability performance is an important component of the supplier evaluation scorecard; • Business partners Suppliers must conduct self-assessments of sustainability as required or accept third-party audits and share necessary performance data; • Rectifications must be made within 15-30 business days after the audit; • Supply chain grievance mechanism: o To protect the legitimate rights and interests of suppliers’ every employee, Bosideng has created a dedicated email address, supplychainESG@bosideng.com , for reporting supply chain sustainability violations. The company ensures strict confidentiality of the complainant's identity and the content of the complaint and resolutely prevents any unfairness or distress arising from the act of complaint; o The Whistleblowing Policy published by Bosideng on the ESG official website also applies to the supply chain grievance mechanism.
