Bosideng clearly forbid the employment of child labor and forced labor, and we regularly investigates the existence of child labor and forced labor by establishing a systematic position management system. The Group has established a labor union according to law and signs collective contracts for special wages, protection of female workers, and occupational safety and health for every year to clarify standard clauses corresponding to the rights and interests of employees.

Supply Chain Labor Rights

We are obligated to protect and improve the human rights of the employees of suppliers, and we established a full set of management systems including resource management, evaluation methods, key performance evaluation, settlement management, and cooperation manual, etc.. Through accountability, cooperation and continuous improvement, we achieve the meaningful incorporation of the people-oriented concept into our operations.

  • The content of performance evaluation and onsite evaluation of suppliers was further optimized and upgraded to strengthen the identification and management of supply chain risks from multiple dimensions such as labor management, benefit and remuneration policies, environmental health management, permission of laws and regulations and system certification.

FY2023/24

  • 100% of employees and suppliers received training on business ethical standards and anti-corruption
  • 8 sessions of supplier training were provided, covering 144 suppliers
  • The coverage ratio of suppliers audited reached 100%, and cooperation with suppliers with excellent labor management was expressly prioritized

We insists on the public welfare concept of “warming people with products and warming hearts with charity”. With the purpose of “inheriting culture, spreading public welfare, and conveying warmth”, we actively carry out public welfare and philanthropy.

  • Bosideng Charity Foundation rushed to help the earthquake stricken area and donated high-quality winter-proof clothing of 17,000 pieces
  • The "Xin'ai Fund charity project has been successively carried out in Jiangnan University and Changshu Institute of Technology by continuously making a directional donation of RMB200,000 to impoverished students from two such schools
