Bosideng International Holdings Limited (波司登國際控股有限公司) (“We”), pledge to meet fully with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

By using the Website, you signify your agreement to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by us in accordance with the Statement.

Please note that the provisions of the Statement may be updated, revised, varied and amended from time to time as we consider necessary. The Statement is written in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the Statement, the English version shall prevail.

Upon receiving the aforesaid request(s) from you, we may request you to provide personal details in order to verify your identity.
