  • We have a scientific technology center with a usable area of more than 12,000 sq.m.
  • During FY 2024/25, Bosideng applied for 466 patents, received 527 patent authorizations, and obtained a total of 1,498 authorized patents.
  • Our environmental-friendly and zero-pressure down apparel was awarded the Red Dot Design Award of German; new degradable fabric was awarded the ISPO – Global Design Award (Accelerated Eco)
Quality Assurance

We pay attention to quality by providing customers with high quality products and services with the product innovative mentality of “Quality+”, and integrate color, innovation and excellent quality into the DNA of our brand.

  • We arrange inspectors monthly for competence comparison to maintain defect discovery rate of above 98% at all times
  • Bosideng's professional testing center has obtained the certification of the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) and the International Down and Feather Bureau (IDFB) authorized laboratory certification, ensuring product quality through strict checks at all levels.
  • The market disability rate standard of each scenario has fallen below 0.08%, and the market disability rate standard of high-end products has fallen below 0.035%
  • During the Year, we did not have any product recalls due to health, quality and safety reasons.

We are consumer-centric, interact with customers through diversified channels, listen to customer needs, constantly optimize service levels, and are committed to providing consumers with an excellent shopping experience.

FY2024/25

  • As of March 31,2025, Bosideng had approximately 21 million members on Tmall and JD.com platforms, along with 10 million followers on Tiktok
  • We rely on the self-developed ICC (Inventory Computation Center) and OPC System (Order Processing Center) for optimization of operating time in the warehouse and maximize the enhancement of user experience
  • Achieved 100% closed-loop resolution for customer complaints, with average handling time per complaint (including customer service communication and return-to-factory repairs, covering the full-process resolution timeline) of 15.8 hours, representing a 23.8% year-on-year improvement in processing efficiency
  • Upgraded customer responsibility care and open a 1:1 exclusive customer service channel for Black Gold Card members to ensure rapid identification and problem resolution for high-demand users
  • During the year, Bosideng conducted 41,185 customer satisfaction surveys, with 40,224 respondents (97.6%) expressing satisfaction with our services.
Green Retail & Green Product

Bosideng incorporates its concepts of continuous low-carbon and recycled fashion into the whole value chain including raw material selection, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier management. We strive to integrate continuous high-quality development with the implementation of the "dual carbon" strategic target, positively exploring innovative paths and driving the industry to a green path.

  • Multiple products have obtained Carbon Footprint Certification from the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) and have achieved carbon-neutral status by leveraging their low-carbon attributes
  • Bosideng, as the main standard-making unit, issued T/CNGA 33-2021 "Technical Specification for Green-design Product Assessment-Down Apparel", which specifies all aspects such as raw material selection, manufacturing, sales, use, recycling and disposal that need to be considered in the green design products of down apparel, as well as preparation requirements of evaluation report on the lifecycle of green products and evaluation approach, providing a strong basis for the industry
  • Stores are preferentially located in operational sites obtaining green building certification; simultaneously, the coverage rate of green mall stores is continuously enhanced, targeting a development goal exceeding 90%
Chemical Management

We are committed to providing consumers with safe, environmentally friendly, and responsibly manufactured products. We repay the trust that consumers place in us by managing the use of chemicals responsibly.

  • Updated the Bosideng Chemical Control Manual to clarify the goal of achieving "zero discharge of toxic and hazardous chemicals in the supply chain" by 2030
  • Developed the Restricted Substances List Requirements for Chemicals of Bosideng to clarify the prohibited and restricted substances for Chemicals and relevant requirements of restriction, phase-out and substitution
  • Joining the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC)
  • We engaged third-party authoritative testing agencies on an irregular basis to test raw materials
  • We have launched the "Bosideng Environmental Protection Classroom" on our official social media account to share knowledge of chemical safety with consumers, while ensuring that we provide consumers with more environmentally friendly, scientific, and safe products.
Circular Economy

Bosideng has established the circular economy as one of the core pillars of its sustainable development. It systematically promotes the transformation of resource circulation models by building a multi-level governance system and clear goal-oriented paths.

  • We interact with consumers and carry out creative workshops for recycling old clothes, giving them new life through transformation. In addition, we have launched a warm recycling program in offline stores to reuse waste and create handmade works with our members.
  • We provide high-end product repair and maintenance plans to extend the lifespan of products
  • Adhering to the concept of "circular economy", we designed and developed CIRCULAR 3.0 products for the first time, achieving the closed-loop goal of "from garment to garment" (GTG), and won the ISPO Global Design Award and the IDEA American Industrial Design Excellence Award Silver Award
