Thermostatic skiing down jacket

The thermostatic skiing down jacket is a high-performance garment designed specifically for skiing. Utilizing thermal moisture balance technology, it can precisely regulate body temperature, ensuring that the wearer can maintain a constant state of comfort even in cold snowy environments. This ski suit features environmentally friendly bio-based fabric—winner of the ISPO Best Product award—not only providing outstanding performance but also reducing its environmental impact. The auxiliary materials of the ski suit are made from recyclable and renewable materials. The waterproof and antibacterial down filling inside the ski suit is rigorously certified by the RDS, ensuring the sustainability and animal welfare of its sources.

Quality Assurance

We pay attention to quality by providing customers with high quality products and services with the product innovative mentality of “Quality+”, and integrate color, innovation and excellent quality into the DNA of our brand.

  • We arrange inspectors monthly for competence comparison to maintain defect discovery rate of above 98% at all times
  • Bosideng's professional testing center has obtained the certification of the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) and the International Down and Feather Bureau (IDFB) authorized laboratory certification, ensuring product quality through strict checks at all levels.
  • The market disability rate standard of each scenario has fallen below 0.08%, and the market disability rate standard of high-end products has fallen below 0.035%

Quality Assurance

We implement a strict three-level inspection system for product quality to ensure that all inbound finished products comply with applicable quality regulations in the countries/regions where we operate and sell. The three-level inspection system refers to self-inspection by the garment factory (Level-1 inspection), ex-factory inspection (Level-2 inspection) and inbound inspection by the product inspection department (Level-3 inspection). Each inspection will be accompanied by an inspection report to ensure 100% execution of the three-level inspection on each batch. Level-1 and Level-2 inspections are accepted according to Ex-factory Inspection Regulation, and Level-3 inspections are accepted according to the Regulation on Inspection of Internally Sold Products.

Customer Services

We are consumer-centric, interact with customers through diversified channels, listen to customer needs, constantly optimize service levels, and are committed to providing consumers with an excellent shopping experience.

  • As of March 31, 2026, the Bosideng brand recorded approximately 1.0 million new followers and approximately 2.1 million new members on the Tmall and JD.com platforms, bringing the cumulative number of members to approximately 23.1 million. Meanwhile, the Bosideng brand recorded more than 7.0 million new followers on TikTok, bringing the cumulative number of followers to approximately 17.0 million.
  • We rely on the self-developed ICC (Inventory Computation Center) and OPC System (Order Processing Center) for optimization of operating time in the warehouse and maximize the enhancement of user experience

Green Retail & Green Product

Bosideng incorporates its concepts of continuous low-carbon and recycled fashion into the whole value chain including raw material selection, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier management. We strive to integrate continuous high-quality development with the implementation of the "dual carbon" strategic target, positively exploring innovative paths and driving the industry to a green path.

  • Multiple products have obtained Carbon Footprint Certification from the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) and have achieved carbon-neutral status by leveraging their low-carbon attributes
  • Bosideng, as the main standard-making unit, issued T/CNGA 33-2021 "Technical Specification for Green-design Product Assessment-Down Apparel", which specifies all aspects such as raw material selection, manufacturing, sales, use, recycling and disposal that need to be considered in the green design products of down apparel, as well as preparation requirements of evaluation report on the lifecycle of green products and evaluation approach, providing a strong basis for the industry
  • Stores are preferentially located in operational sites obtaining green building certification; simultaneously, the coverage rate of green mall stores is continuously enhanced, targeting a development goal exceeding 90%

“Carbon Neutrality Store Standards” Expert Seminar hosted at Bosideng Sanlitun New Concept Store

On 24 June 2025, the Expert Seminar for Drafting of Technical Specifications for Carbon Neutrality Store Evaluation in Textile and Apparel Industry (《紡織服裝行業碳中和門店評價技術規範》) was successfully held at the Bosideng Sanlitun New Concept Store in Beijing. The Technical Specifications for Carbon Neutrality Store Evaluation in the Textile and Apparel Industry are the industry’s first systematic definition of a carbon neutrality evaluation method for retail stores, effectively filling an industry gap and providing operational and quantifiable standards for achieving the “double carbon” goals in the textile and apparel industry. It will also encourage more brands to strengthen green commitments in the retail terminal, offering consumers an environmentally friendly and sustainable shopping experience.

Chemical Management

We are committed to providing consumers with safe, environmentally friendly, and responsibly manufactured products. We repay the trust that consumers place in us by managing the use of chemicals responsibly.

  • Updated the Bosideng Chemical Control Manual to clarify the goal of achieving "zero discharge of toxic and hazardous chemicals in the supply chain" by 2030
  • Developed the Restricted Substances List Requirements for Chemicals of Bosideng to clarify the prohibited and restricted substances for Chemicals and relevant requirements of restriction, phase-out and substitution
  • Joining the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC)
  • We engaged third-party authoritative testing agencies on an irregular basis to test raw materials
  • We have launched the "Bosideng Environmental Protection Classroom" on our official social media account to share knowledge of chemical safety with consumers, while ensuring that we provide consumers with more environmentally friendly, scientific, and safe products.
  • For suppliers participating in the ZDHC program, 100% have completed third‑party on‑site verification of InCheck reports, with 80% of suppliers achieving MRSL Level 1/2/3; We continuously track and remediate identified non-conformities.
Circular Economy

Bosideng has established the circular economy as one of the core pillars of its sustainable development. It systematically promotes the transformation of resource circulation models by building a multi-level governance system and clear goal-oriented paths.

  • We interact with consumers and carry out creative workshops for recycling old clothes, giving them new life through transformation. In addition, we have launched a warm recycling program in offline stores to reuse waste and create handmade works with our members.
  • We provide high-end product repair and maintenance plans to extend the lifespan of products
  • Adhering to the concept of "circular economy", we designed and developed CIRCULAR 3.0 products for the first time, achieving the closed-loop goal of "from garment to garment" (GTG), and won the ISPO Global Design Award and the IDEA American Industrial Design Excellence Award Silver Award
  • The Circular 3.0 product was awarded the CIRCULARITY certification from TESTEX, a Swiss testing agency, making Bosideng the only Chinese apparel brand to achieve this certification.
